NEXUS — Coliving Manager · Palma de Mallorca
NEXUS runs boutique colivings in Palma de Mallorca for digital nomads, professionals and international guests. We're looking for someone on the ground who owns day-to-day operations — not a desk-only admin, but the person who makes each house run smoothly. You'll be the face of NEXUS in Mallorca: welcoming guests, solving problems, visiting properties and keeping the team aligned. It's hospitality, operations and real estate rolled into one role, with room to grow (and commissions) if you perform.
What you'll do
- ·Run daily operations across our colivings: occupancy, handovers and house standards
- ·Welcome guests — check-ins, check-outs, orientation and ongoing support (messages, requests, small incidents)
- ·Visit properties regularly: condition checks, photos, keys, inventory and minor issues
- ·Coordinate cleaning, maintenance and suppliers; follow up until things are resolved
- ·Manage lead pipeline: enquiries, visit scheduling, follow-up and basic CRM updates
- ·Keep common areas, house rules and community life healthy — events, conflicts, expectations
- ·Support owners with reports, documentation, appointments and coordination
- ·Work with the team on listings, pricing updates and occupancy targets
- ·Flag problems and opportunities early — we want someone who thinks, not just executes
Where you'll work
100% on-site in Palma de Mallorca. You'll move between our colivings and co-working base. Company car available for visits.
Ideal profile
- ·Organised, warm and comfortable talking to people from different cultures
- ·Happy with part-time mornings plus occasional visits outside fixed hours
- ·Experience in hospitality, property management or community living is a plus — attitude matters more
- ·Comfortable with Notion, spreadsheets, messaging tools and basic CRM workflows
- ·Driving licence is a plus
Schedule
Part-time: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM or 9:00 AM–1:00 PM
Compensation
€800 gross/month + commissions on leads and management

Small team — boutique colivings in Palma (Casa Nagi, Casa Cala and more)
Housing
If you need it, we offer the option to live in one of our colivings in Mallorca. Ideal if you're moving to the island or looking for a place to stay.
Bonus: if we build this together, equity participation in the company. We're looking for someone who wants to grow with the project, not just fill a role.
